Tom is a Senior Recruiter at Triverus with an area of expertise in technical recruitment. He prides himself on leading with empathy and understanding to create meaningful, lasting relationships with his candidates.  

Before Triverus, Tom was a Lead Talent Acquisition Partner supporting Product & Engineering teams at Rapid7, a leader in the field of Cybersecurity. Earlier, Tom was a Senior Technical Recruiter who worked on a local and national scale for the Addison Group, a professional staffing and recruitment firm.  

A life-long New Englander, Tom currently lives in Roslindale, Massachusetts and is an avid fan of the Boston Celtics and New England Patriots. Outside of work, you can find him doing his best to live an active lifestyle, whether that be on a Peloton bike, practicing yoga, playing golf (albeit, poorly) or pickleball. He enjoys reading and is always open to a good book suggestion!
