Determine company needs and defining a right-sized roadmap and budget for launch.
At a pre-commercial biotechnology company, Triverus was engaged to execute a Commercial Launch Roadmap engagement. At the time, the client was 12 months from launch but had no IT presence in the organization. Triverus met with business leadership across the commercial, supply chain, medical, market access, finance and HR groups to determine the needs of the biotechnology company and define a right-sized roadmap and budget for launch.
Without an IT presence, the client was looking for a trusted partner to understand their business needs, to combine those needs with their financial constraints, and to develop a roadmap that maximized business value while controlling costs.
Triverus created a roadmap that included an actionable set of initiatives with a realistic budget to maximize the value of technology in support of the launch of this clients’ first commercial product. The roadmap identified a series of IT solutions including major initiatives for CRM, content management, revenue management, serialization, learning management and data analytics.
Triverus brought a team of Life Science Subject matter experts to develop a detailed roadmap in eight weeks. The roadmap was delivered to the executive team which supported board and investor conversations.
