Evaluation, selection and implementation of a cloud-based Learning Management System (LMS) platform.
A clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, focused on developing therapies to improve the lives of patients diagnosed with cancer, received “priority status” for its first approval. Being fast-tracked for approval heightened the need to quickly transform the company from a clinical development organization to a commercial one.
The company had a short amount of time to achieve their commercialization plan, which would entail numerous IT enablement workstreams to develop a full commercial platform. In order to support the product launch, the platform would need to include the following key capabilities Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Training, Data Aggregation, Business Intelligence, Reporting and Analytics. These solutions would be required to support of over 50 field employees as well as a Commercial Operations team.
The Triverus team led the evaluation, selection, and implementation of the cloud-based software platform Cornerstone. This Learning Management System (LMS) provides recruiting, training, management, and collaboration solutions for all business sizes and was deemed the best match based on the organization’s requirements and priorities.
In anticipation of the commercial launch, the company began sales representative training and MSL certifications, which led the solution definition, configuration, and deployment of Freshservice ITSM. With these advancements the company was able to spend more time focusing on their expansion and hiring in preparation for the product launch.
In addition to our role in the product selection process, Triverus team members were instrumental in driving many of the implementation workstreams including Veeva CRM with the Events module; Veeva PromoMats for Digital Asset Management with accessibility to the sales team; implementation of AirWatch Mobile Device Management; configuration and deployment of over 100 managed iPads; design and implementation of a SHYFT commercial data warehouse that stored information aggregated from a number of data sources including contracted data providers as well as internal sources such as CRM; and BI, Analytics, and Reporting sourced from the SHYFT data warehouse.
