Austin is a Director at Triverus with 18 years’ experience in Information Management, Business Intelligence, and Data Visualization. He is expert in several business intelligence technologies such as Microsoft, Tableau, Qlik, Birst, and Oracle and is particularly skilled at executing IM and BI strategies and implementations in the Life Sciences, Insurance, Healthcare, Financial Services, Retail and Public Sector industries.

He features the ability to interview and understand business requirements quickly and translate those into technical solutions that solve critical gaps and pain points.  Austin has a knack for establishing trusting and mutually beneficial relationships with all clients.

Before Triverus, Austin was the Information Management Practice Director managing 45 colleagues at Collaborative Consulting, where he was responsible for hiring decisions, staff career development, operations, staff compensation, and generating opportunities and client proposals. He helped guide Collaborative’s efforts with several high-profile clients such as leading and designing a public performance dashboard solution for the state of Massachusetts.  He also managed, designed and built an internal data warehouse and reporting solution for executive, business development and operations staff to monitor utilization, capacity and project health at Collaborative.

Austin has one son currently attending Wentworth Institute of Technology and lives in Boston, MA. He is an avid snowboarder, hiker and camper and enjoys road/mountain biking, sailing and running.
