Business Data Analyst

• Lead data analytics initiatives and drive decisions at the solution level to support client needs
• Be hands-on and develop reports, dashboards, scorecards and data visualizations
• Be a self-driven, motivated individual assisting in managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Act as a trusted advisor building strong relationships and communicating effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels
• Utilize your passion for leading and mentoring junior team members

Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with different client and Triverus teams and provide direction and best practice recommendations from strategy through implementation
• Lead the analysis and design of data solutions including cloud and/or on-premise business intelligence and data integration solutions
• Leverage your experiences and expertise to support and bring value to our Three Truths: clients, colleagues, and community.

Technologies: ‍

‍You have experience working with the latest data analytics and visualization technologies and tools, including but not limited to Tableau, Power BI, Qlik and Alteryx. You possess an interest in learning new technologies and understanding both their benefits and limitations to support client needs. Advanced knowledge of SQL is also required. Experience with databases, big data and data integration tools is beneficial.
